This Privacy Policy applies to the website located at kbsresearch.com and any related features or online services that are owned or controlled by KBS Research, LLC (“KBS,” “we,” or “us”) and that post a link to this Privacy Policy (the “Site”). It describes the information we collect from visitors to the Site and how we use and share that information. This Privacy Policy does not cover information collected on any other website or offline, unless specifically stated. Please review it carefully, along with our Terms of Use, which govern your use of the Site.
The Site is an informational and corporate resource. It does not sell products, process orders, or accept payments.
THIS SITE IS INTENDED FOR USERS AGE EIGHTEEN (18) AND OLDER.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old. The Site is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. You can use most of the Site without giving us any personal information. If you choose to contact us, request information, or sign up to receive updates, we may collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, and any message content. We treat information that identifies you as a specific individual as “Personal Information.”
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect certain usage information (“Usage Information”), such as your browser and operating system, the referring URL, the pages and links you view, the date and time of your visit, and your IP address or other device identifier. Usage Information is generally non-identifying; if we associate it with you as an identifiable person, we treat it as Personal Information.
2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Site and understand how it is used:
-
Cookies — small data files placed on your device to remember your preferences and how you use the Site.
-
Web beacons — small graphics in pages or emails used to count visits and understand navigation.
-
Embedded scripts — code that collects information about your interactions with the Site, such as the links you click, while you are connected.
You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the Site may not function properly as a result. Your browser may let you transmit a “Do Not Track” signal; because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.
3. How We Use Information
We may use the information we collect to: respond to your questions, requests, and comments; provide information or updates you have requested; operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; understand how visitors use the Site through analytics; protect against fraud and misuse; comply with legal obligations; and for other purposes disclosed at the time you provide your information or with your consent. We do not display third-party advertisements on the Site, and we do not use your information to serve you targeted product advertising from this Site.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your Personal Information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
-
Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting and analytics. They may only use the information to provide services to us and may not use it for their own purposes.

-
With your consent. When you direct us to share your information or otherwise consent to the sharing.
We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you.
5. Analytics Providers
We use third-party analytics providers to help us understand traffic and activity on the Site. These providers may set their own cookies and similar technologies and collect information about your use of the Site over time. The information collected is used to measure and improve Site performance, not to display ads to you on this Site.

Please note that residual copies may remain in backups or for administrative purposes.
8. Data Security
