CLINICAL EVIDENCE
Validated Through Independent & Peer-Reviewed Research
Every KBS formulation is evaluated through structured human studies and published in peer-reviewed journals. Below is the published evidence behind Atrantil and Re:flux.
Atrantil Bloating Support
Status: Commercial
Focus: Methane-associated microbial activity and digestive comfort
WHAT ATRANTIL SUPPORTS
- Methane-associated bloating
- Gas pressure and abdominal distention
- Sluggish digestion and trapped gas
- Change in bowel habits, like constipation or diarrhea
- Microbiome support
Clinically studied. Polyphenol-powered. Gastroenterologist developed.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Atrantil was designed to help calm the cycle behind bloating and digestive pressure.
As the gut environment begins to shift, many people notice:
- less gas and bloating after meals
- reduced pressure and fullness
- improved digestion
- more predictable bowel movements
This is not an immediate fix; this is a process of resetting your gut.
Atrantil works by eliminating gas-producing bacteria and supporting your microbiome.
Everyone’s gut responds differently. You may notice changes quickly, or your relief may build more gradually over several weeks as your gut environment continues to shift.
The key is commitment and consistency.
THE 30-DAY Re:set
The 30-Day Re:set is Atrantil’s structured approach to helping calm bloating, pressure, and digestive imbalance at the source.
For the first 30 days:
- Take 2 capsules, 3 times daily with meals
- Most people require 2 bottles during this phase
As the gut environment begins to shift, many people might notice:
- less pressure after meals
- reduced bloating
- less trapped gas
- and more predictable digestion.
Weeks 1–2
Digestive pressure and gas buildup often begin to calm.
Weeks 3–4
Digestive patterns may start feeling more stable and consistent.
Beyond 30 Days
Many people transition into a maintenance phase focused on long-term digestive support and reducing flare-ups.
*Please note: If your microbiome is off, you may feel worse before you feel better. This is a good sign; it means your microbiome is shifting. Stick with it!
Ingredients
THE THREE POLYPHENOLS INSIDE ATRANTIL
Three ingredients. One coordinated mechanism.
Peppermint Leaf
Supports digestive flow and smooth muscle relaxation within the gut. Peppermint helps calm spasms and supports more comfortable movement through the digestive tract. But more importantly, it allows the other ingredients to work more effectively.
Quebracho Colorado
It is one of the largest, most stable polyphenols that can absorb hydrogen (the fuel that the methane-producing microbes rely on). In addition, it has a natural defence against the type of organism (Archaea) that produces methane. This is how it reduces bloating and gas buildup and why it is so unique and effective.
Horse Chestnut
Contains naturally occurring saponins that eliminate hydrogen-producing bacteria and block the enzyme that produces methane.
These three polyphenols work synergistically by addressing different parts of the bloating cycle:
- fermentation
- methane production
- digestive flow
- and trapped gas.
Not by temporarily masking symptoms, but by supporting the gut environment itself.
POLYPHENOL SCIENCE
Atrantil is built on plant polyphenols selected for their behavior in the digestive system.
Unlike many compounds that are absorbed quickly, these polyphenols continue to work in the gut, where fermentation, gas production, and digestive imbalance often begin.
Research suggests these polyphenols may help support:
- microbial balance
- digestive movement
- gut barrier integrity
- and a healthier gut environment over time.
Atrantil’s three polyphenols were selected specifically for their ability to work together against gas-producing bacteria to relieve bloating, gas pressure, and irregular bowel movements.
Re:flux Acid Reflux Relief
Status: Commercial
Focus: Upper gastrointestinal function, motility, and pressure regulation
WHAT RE:FLUX SUPPORTS
- Occasional heartburn and acid reflux
- Burning, regurgitation, and post-meal discomfort
- Lower esophageal sphincter tone and function
- Healthy motility, so contents keep moving the right direction
- Tissue protection and inflammatory balance
HOW TO USE
Take 2 capsules twice a day, preferably before meals.
Important if you are on reflux medication:
Healing a system is not always linear, especially if you have been on reflux medication for years. Any change to a PPI, purple pill, or other acid-blocker should be done slowly and in partnership with your doctor or healthcare provider. If you are currently on one of these medications, do not stop suddenly. Instead, check out our PPI weaning protocol and use it as a guide for that conversation.
Individual results may vary.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Re:flux is a systems-level approach, not a symptom-chaser. It works with your gut and reflux mechanics over time as your body relearns how to regulate itself.
Weeks 1 to 2: Foundation phase
Support starts to kick in. Many people notice less burning, bloating, and regurgitation.
Weeks 3 to 8: Deeper system shifts
Motility and tissue support deepen. If you and your healthcare provider decide to start weaning off a PPI, this is often when rebound shows up, which is why staying consistent with Re:flux and lifestyle support matters most here.
Week 9 and beyond: New baseline
You are managing, not just reacting. Many people reduce or come off PPIs and lean on Re:flux daily or as needed during periods of stress or dietary changes.
Healing a system takes time, especially if reflux has been part of your life for years. Re:flux is designed to support that longer arc of change, not just a single bad day.

PPI Weaning Protocol
If you are currently taking a PPI, it is important not to stop suddenly.
Coming off proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) usually requires a step-down plan to avoid rebound acid and symptom flare-ups. Always consult with your healthcare provider before changing any prescription medication.

Ingredients
Four ingredients. One coordinated mechanism.
Re:flux was formulated around two physiological goals:
1. Reduce gastric pressure by supporting motility and gastric emptying.
2. Support lower esophageal sphincter (LES) function through neural, muscular, and inflammatory pathways.
Each ingredient contributes to one or both of these mechanisms.
Hesperidin: Supports LES function through calcium signaling, nitric oxide balance, mucosal integrity, and inflammatory regulation.
Dandelion Root: Supports digestive flow, gastric emptying, bile release, and healthy CCK signaling.
Noni Fruit: Supports gut-brain communication, neural regulation, visceral sensitivity, and inflammatory balance.
Atractylodes Macrocephala: Supports motility, gastric emptying, migrating motor complex activity, and digestive coordination.
POLYPHENOL SCIENCE
Polyphenols are powerful plant compounds found in citrus, roots, and botanicals that help your gut do what it is meant to do. Instead of shutting acid off, they support motility, calm inflammation, protect delicate tissues, and help keep stomach contents moving in the right direction. The polyphenols in Re:flux were chosen and combined to restore balance to the whole system, not just silence symptoms.
